The purpose of this membership is to bring all old students of Alphonsa Matriculation Higher Secondary School under one roof.
An initial amount of Rs. 750 & the yearly fees for whichever meeting they are attending.

Eligibility : |
|
| |
|
|
| |
They should have passed out of 10th or 12th in Alphonsa. They should have completed both the year of the higher secondary in Alphonsa. |

Annual Members |

Annual Members must pay annual membership fee every year.
At present the annual fee is fixed as Rs.150/-
Fees once collected will not be refunded.Payment of arrears must be done before the AGM |

They should have studied in Alphonsa for minimum of 5 years or should have passed out of 10th in Alphonsa. |

| EXECUTIVE COMMITEE: |

| |
The Executive Committee of the Association may revise the membership fee from time to time. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
The Principal and the Vice-principal of the School, shall be ex-officio members of the Executive Committee without any voting rights. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
There shall be an Executive Committee consisting of seven members as follows :-

Vice-President |
Secretary |
Treasurer |
3 Elected Members |

| |
The President and all other office bearers and members of the Executive Committee shall be elected. Elections will be held every year at the Annual General Body Meeting of the Association. |
